I believe in customer satisfaction. I will do everything in my power to insure customer satisfaction. When I began selling comic books and baseball cards, only 8 months ago, I did not anticipate how customers could/would react. I have learned much in these past 8 months.
There were a few I did not understand but I figured I'd learn as I went along. I did. I feel confident now that I am ready to guarantee satisfaction to every customer 100%.
